Do-Not-Disturb

With a Do-Not-Disturb function, a device or softphone will simulate a phone being off-the-hook, thereby sending calls received directly into voicemail.  There are also a variety of other routing options available with this function.

Music-On-Hold

There are two features. One feature being royalty-free music provided by our service.  A second feature is for Custom Music-On-Hold that is music provided by you the customer, with various uploading options through our portals.

Detailed Call Analytics

Call Detail Reports & Graphs are real-time call logging including from, to, call duration, date and time, and call type.  Also, frequently called numbers can be tagged with text, while histograms can graphically display calling patterns and trends.

Office to Office Intercom & Paging

The Office Intercom works in such a manner that it systematically will dial another user’s extension, hence activating the specific phone speaker to make an announcement of such.  Paging acts the same way but in group fashion.  Your HQ in NYC can one touch intercom 1 phone or page a group of phones at your branch office in Dallas.

Auto Call Distributor

Automatic Call Distributor, also known as ACD is used to route calls in a call center environment to the appropriate agents.  This distrubutor is based on various factors such as time availability, as well as behavior and identification of priority levels.

Call Recording

This feature allows the customer to record calls of all incoming, outgoing, and internal calls for specified users or as a system as a whole.  This is a great feature for training and or legal purposes.

Auto Attendant

Callers select from menu options using a standard telephone keypad.  Through the portal interface, calls can be routed to extensions, mailboxes, groups, conference rooms, call queues or unlimited depths of additional auto attendants.

Customer Portal

Web-based user interface that allows various users to configure their PBX, create queues, multiple groups, and much more.  Also, you can view detailed call reports and billing information, as well as listen to and delete your voicemail, and upload music on hold.

Voicemail To Email

The PBX will send all of your received voicemail to a valid email account through the portal.  The message includes date and time of call, duration, caller ID, mailbox number and WAV file that can be played on your PC or mobile device.

Find Me Follow Me

The personal assistant will find you at up to five locations, and is configured per extension with a number of extensive options to route calls.  Once callers announce themselves, they are offered location options or can leave a message.

Ring Groups

These ring groups are another popular hosted voice feature.  They enable multiple extensions to be joined as a group, and then calls can be routed sequentially or simultaneously to the identified group to increase workforce accessibility.

Call Queues

These route calls in a first-in, first-out manner to the appropriate extension or group.  These are commonly used with ACDs where callers hear that agents are busy, as well as the number and estimated wait time in the queue, plus the option to leave a message.

Call Routing

Call routing feature is based on business, after and holiday hours to allow routing decisions based on specified time and date.  Multiple schedules can be configured, as in the case of departments with different hours of operations.

Caller ID

Caller ID routes calls from a unique DID or phone number with a variety of options such as any auto attendant, extension, group, phone number, ACD or even a specific Call Queue.  This additional feature is available with our hosted voice service.

Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding is just like it sounds…it forwards calls via our portal, or via your device or SoftPhone.  Calls may be forwarded to any extension or phone number.  Device or SoftPhone forwarding functionality may vary by manufacturer.

Call Blocking

Incoming Call Blocking is basically a pre-identified “black list” of phone numbers that are blocked from calling your PBX.  This is an additional hosted voice service and can be a valuable feature for a variety of business needs and industries. Outgoing Call Blocking is basically a pre-identified “black list” of phone numbers that prevent calls to specific numbers or services.  This is an additional hosted voice service that is a valuable feature for a variety of business needs, i.e. blocking 900# calls.

BNCMobile App

BNCMobile App gives you the ability to use cellular or WiFi networks while using the extension dialing to co-workers feature from a smartphone. Voicemail includes playback and forward to co-workers via email. Use corporate and personal phone directories at your fingertips. You Can access to company international dialing plan. One click to join conference calls, One-button click to reply to missed calls, & “Do Not Disturb” on all work devices.

Incoming DID Routing

Incoming DID Routing routes calls based on the number that was dialed.  For example, numerous options are available where calls may be routed to an auto attendant, extension, group, specific phone number or Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) or Call Queue.
